OPERATIONS GUIDE
Please park your vehicle on the RIGHT side of the building.
Please use the access door on the front of the building. The side door is always locked. Please do not go in and out of the side door.
Using the keypad, enter the numeric code that has been provided to you. The codes will expire 15 min after your session. The door will automatically lock after 30 seconds each time it is opened. If you have any issues please call Rich (585)455-2770
The main light switch is located on right side of the entrance of the studio doorway. Each switch operates separate lights for the front and back of the room. Note: Turning the light on and off will cycle thru different lighting pallets.
The access door will automatically lock 30 seconds after it has been unlocked.
The bathroom is located in the front room, 2nd door on the right.
There are security cameras in all rooms (except bathroom) and all exterior walls of the building.
Help yourself to beverages in the mini-fridge next to the desk. Please leave a gratuity with your Venmo/ PayPal payment.
Using the white remote, power on the projector that is mounted to the ceiling. A blue indicator light will come on the projector. It takes roughly 30 seconds to warm-up before projecting.
Please use the Venmo QR Code located on the desk. Scanning this will take you directly to the Venmo account for 800Atlantic LLC. Alternatively you can use PayPal - @800atlantic If you do not have Venmo. If you don't have either of these payments types, please contact Rich for alternate method of payment at (585)455-2770.
Power off the overhead projector(white remote)
PLEASE DO NOT TUN THE PC OFF - leave the PC running
PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF THE TERMOSTAT - TEMP SHOULD BE LEFT AT 68
Place golf balls in the ball tray
Throw out any garbage - receptacle located in front room
Turn off all the interior lights (check bathroom). Keep exterior lights on
Exit building using the front door off the garage where you came in
The door will automatically lock after 30 sec – please wait to make sure it is locked!
